In today's competitive market, Accountability and Operational Execution determines winners and losers.  If you would like an assessment of a hotel's current Operational Strengths and areas where improvement may be possible, you may schedule an on-site hotel performance Evaluation.  This Comprehensive Hotel Evaluation will include:  Financial Review of Financials, profitability and opportunities for improvement Customer Data Evaluation Service Level Appraisal Physical Condition Review Management Leadership Assessment

Typical agenda, modified by specific areas of concern, includes:

·    Initial meeting with Owner Representative and/or GM to determine scope

·   Meet with GM, followed by kick-off meeting with GM and department mgrs

·   Department Reviews:

  • Rooms Division:  Front Office, Reservations, Engineering, Housekeeping
  • Food & Beverage:  Management, Chef, Receiving/Storeroom
  • Finance/Accounting: Telephone/HSIA/In Room Entertainment
  • Human Resources:  Recruitment, Policies & Procedures, Training
  • Marketing: Sales/Catering 
  • Wrap-up Meeting, Preliminary Findings review

Two day site visit, including Comprehensive Evaluation Report- $3,000 plus travel time and incidentals
